The school students’ representatives are a very integral part of the school and comprise of a well-knit team of 10 students are chosen by the Principal and the Activity In charges. Each year the team is sworn in an elaborate investiture ceremony. Each team lasts for a year, after which the next team takes over. The student’s representatives are responsible for the maintenance of discipline in the school. They also shoulder the responsibility of organizing all cultural programmes and competitions held in the school. Being student representatives, they act as an important link between the students and the school management. The students representatives consists of the Head Girl, Head boy, two Cultural Secretaries, two Central Prefects (who head the four Houses Tagore, Gandhi, Shastri and Nehru), two Discipline In charges and two Cleanliness incharges.
