permission will not be allowed, except on reasons like sudden illness

General Rules

The summer vacation will be from mid- May to early July and winter vacation in early January. These and other vacations may not be anticipated or extended without prior permission. Absence on the first day of class after any vacation is considered a serious breach of discipline.

Students who are late on 3 consecutive days will be fined Rs.50/- .habitual late coming or coming to school in improper /incomplete uniform may even call for disciplinary action inclusive of being sent back home.

Unauthorized absence from school or extending holidays without permission will not be allowed, except on reasons like sudden illness or grave unforeseen circumstances. “Time for study, “urgent business”, “religious ceremonies” , “late return from holidays “ etc. are not valid for absence from school.

The school discourages the use of expensive and fancy goods in the campus. Similarly, bringing objects like mobile phones, CD, playing cards etc is strictly prohibited.

Mobile phones confiscated will be returned along with TC.

The school prohibits the use of vehicles by the students.

No student will be allowed to leave the school premises during school hours. If there is any urgency, the escort should have a written note from the guardian bearing the signatures identical with the specimen signature entered in the diary.

Parents of students in classes’ pre- primary must pick their children from the bus stop/premises. Children will not be dropped at bus stops if they are not received. In case walkers are to be handed over to a person other than the parent (uncle, cousin, rikshapuller etc.)he must carry a “ Security Pass” bearing parents signature. This is for the safety of our children.

  • In case of any damage to school property , the amount shall be charged from the erring student/class
  • A student will not be allowed to appear for Final Exams unless the following conditions are fulfilled:
    • 75% attendance in school is compulsory
    • No due fees for the academic session of the year.

Parents can meet the principal between 9.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. on any working days with prior appointment.

Parents will not be allowed to meet the teachers during school hours; however parents may meet the teachers on Saturdays, except the second Saturday of the month.

Repeated absence without leave application or unexplained absence for more than one month renders the pupil liable to having his name struck off the school rolls. Readmission will be considered only on payment of fresh admission fee.

Withdrawals And Dismissals

For withdrawal from the school a written application is required from the parents.

Three months notice in writing should be given by the parents before withdrawing a student from the school. Failing which the parent will have to pay the fees for the entire team. Pupils who leave in the month of February must pay the fees of February and March.

All dues of the school should be paid in full and library books returned before applying for a Transfer Certificate.

Transfer and No Dues School certificates should be applied for in written 15 days in advance. Parents should themselves get the signature of D.E.O. if needed on SLC.

A pupil can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:

  • Disciplinary
  • Unsatisfactory progress in studies.
  • Accumulation of Tuition and Bus Fee arrears.

Irregular attendance, habitual illness, disobedience, bad conduct or sickness liable to be injurious to other students justify dismissal.

The Principal’s decision is final in all cases of dismissal or withdrawal.

Bus Rules

  • No student will be allowed to travel by school bus without the Identity Card.
  • Students using the school bus are expected to be on the right side of the bus stop at least five minutes before the arrival time of the bus.
  • The buses will not wait for any late comers.
  • The children should stay away from the main road till the bus arrives.
  • No student should come near the entry door of the bus till it has made a complete stop.
  • All students must occupy seats immediately after boarding their buses.
