The students of Aster Public School Mayur Vihar participated in Gaj Mahotsav organized by the Wildlife Trust of India on 13th of August’2018 at Indira Gandhi National Centre of Arts. Gaj Mahotsav – a nationwide campaign for raising awareness about India’s National heritage animal – The Asian Elephant. The students participated in various elephant themed activities like clay modeling session, painting session, puppet making etc. creating a large trunked heavy animal with soft clay was invigorating activity for the students. A day out from their monotonous learning. The campaign also created an awareness on the national wealth and its conservation.
